Common questions
How does ordering work?
You choose a restaurant or store and describe what you’d like in your own words. Your order is confirmed as soon as you send it, and a driver picks it up for you.
When do I pay?
You pay two things. WOWW’s fixed delivery fee, online when you order or in cash to the driver. And the business’s charge for your items: the driver brings the business’s receipt and you repay that amount at the door.
Can you pick up an order I’ve already placed?
Yes. Tell us the business, the name the order is under and any reference number. If you have already paid the business, you only pay our delivery fee.
Where do you deliver?
Around Chilliwack, Rosedale, Cultus Lake and the surrounding areas. We confirm each address before accepting an order, so please ask if you’re not sure about yours.
What about liquor and other age-restricted items?
These are for adults 19 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID is checked at delivery, and the delivery is refused if it can’t be verified. Restricted categories are only offered where WOWW has confirmed it can deliver them.
Can I place a request on the website?
Yes. Open a business from Services and choose “Request an order” or “Pick up an existing order”. Requests are taken during business hours, and you get a private link to follow yours. You can also call 778-809-6138.
